Since installing our Inwatec Standard mat roller in August we have been completely satisfied with all aspects of its performance. We have been able to maintain a consistent tightness over a vast assortment of mat sizes without sacrificing productivity. We operate the mat roller almost non-stop for a 10 hour shift with few interruptions if any. I must say that the mat roller is exceeding our expectations. Our operators are getting more familiar with its operation and are averaging 220 mats per hour. Our mats are not separated by size so they are rolling every size from 3’ x 4’ to 5’ x 12’ which does have a distinct correlation with the mats per hour average.
